Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers. Here are the things we’re asked the most. No fluff, just straight talk.
Do I need to be injured to book a session?
Nope. A lot of our clients book in just to stay mobile, reduce tension, or help their body handle the load of training and life.
What’s the difference between massage and cupping?
Massage is hands-on pressure to break up knots and tight muscles.
Cupping uses suction to pull tension out and boost blood flow. Both work great together or separately.
Is craniosacral therapy just for stress?
It’s amazing for stress, but it also helps with headaches, neck pain, poor sleep, and nervous system overload. It’s subtle but powerful.
Can I train after a session?
It depends on the treatment. After deep tissue or cupping, we recommend 12–24 hours of rest. Craniosacral? You’ll feel reset and calm perfect before bed.
What should I wear to a session?
Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. If you’re getting cupping or massage, we would ask you to uncover the area being treated, always respectfully and professionally.
Does cupping leave marks?
Yes, but they’re totally normal and not bruises. They’re just stagnant blood and waste pulled to the surface. They usually fade in 3–7 days.
Can you help with long-term injuries or pain?
Absolutely. We work with fighters, lifters, and everyday clients managing old injuries, tension patterns, or chronic pain. Each session is tailored to your body.
How often should I book in?
That depends on your body and your goals. Some people come weekly for maintenance, others after tough training blocks or when things flare up. We’ll guide you based on what you need, not what fills our calendar.
